It’s hard to imagine our daily lives without AI. On the internet, it’s the underlying technology for search assistants, spam filters, product recommendations, and much more. It enhances graphics in video games, provides us with the best route for our trip via route planners, and may soon even enable autonomous driving. There are many definitions of what AI is—partly because intelligence itself is not so easy to define. Artificial intelligence is considered a subfield of computer science and describes a machine’s ability to mimic human capabilities such as logical thinking and creativity. Machine learning is one of the most important areas on which AI is based. Various learning methods enable the machine to learn independently how to solve a specific task. We’ll use one of these learning methods when training the analog AI. After a brief tutorial, you can take your AI home with you and continue training it there if you’d like.
This workshop is suitable for children (ages 8 and up), anyone interested in the topic, and professionals in the education sector.
We look forward to seeing you there.
