Post-migrant society—what does that mean in practical terms in eastern Germany?

Migration is a fundamental part of our society. Migration brings to light border regimes, global and local power and dominance structures, and social vulnerabilities. At the same time, migration opens up spaces for alliances based on solidarity, empowerment, multiple identities, and new forms of social coexistence.
