JenaKultur, a municipal enterprise of the City of Jena, endeavours to ensure that its websites and mobile applications are accessible in accordance with the national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council. This Directive was implemented in Thuringia by the Thuringian Act on Accessibility of Public Bodies’ Websites and Mobile Applications (ThürBarrWebG) of 30 July 2019. The Thuringian Regulation on Accessible Information Technology (ThürBITVO) of 28 April 2020 also applies.
