The Long Night of Science (LNDW) takes place in Jena every two years. But it was worth the wait: On November 20, 2026, it’s that time again. This popular event is returning with an anniversary edition and invites everyone to discover science, be amazed, and experience it up close.

The LNDW is the city’s largest science event. More than 50 partners—including universities, research institutes, companies, and other scientific institutions—will open their doors.
