Climate Change—No Problem, or Is It Already Too Late?

Climate change—isn’t that just something politicians made up? It’s not even caused by humans, is it? Scientists don’t even agree among themselves, do they? We can’t do anything about it anyway, can we? Isn’t it actually kind of nice that it’s a little warmer? We still have plenty of time to do something about it, don’t we? So it’s all just hysteria? 

This lecture will examine these frequently heard false claims and compare them with the facts. It will explain why the climate crisis represents an unprecedented, existential global problem for humanity and why swift action is urgently needed.
