SOMAG AG Jena develops and manufactures stabilization platforms for aerial cameras and sensors that are used worldwide. These high-precision gyro stabilization mounts are primarily installed in the fuselage of aircraft, but also on ships or land vehicles. They can support cameras or sensors weighing up to 300 kg. During operation, they compensate for movements and vibrations in all three spatial axes, enabling razor-sharp photos and precise data acquisition.
