Digitalisation is increasing the need for further training within companies, as employees must continually adapt to new requirements and complex processes. ZeTT’s digital training formats can provide valuable support in this regard.

Here’s what you can expect:
In a world that is constantly changing, it is essential that companies adopt innovative approaches to the further training of their staff. Our innovative e-learning training programme has established itself as a flexible and interactive teaching and learning method for imparting knowledge and developing skills. As part of the Long Night of Science in Jena, we will be presenting various innovative approaches to e-learning. These include:

  • You can try out our digital learning modules for yourself on the tablets or via your own smartphone.
  • We offer exciting training topics in the fields of human resources management, change management, healthy working practices and health and safety at work.
  • We’ll show you just how practical and efficient a digital learning platform can be for documenting and managing staff training within your organisation.
  • We’ll explain how our e-learning modules are structured and how the training sessions with employees in companies are conducted.
  • We will also showcase successful implementations of e-learning in companies and public sector organisations. These best-practice solutions demonstrate how e-learning not only boosts efficiency but also increases staff satisfaction and enhances the learning culture within organisations.
  • You will have the opportunity to ask our experts questions, share experiences and make valuable contacts. Take this opportunity to discover the innovative e-learning training concept and let the content inspire and enthuse you for your own organisation.

What is e-learning?
E-learning refers to the use of electronic media and technologies to support the learning process. It enables flexible learning that can be tailored to learners’ individual needs, as well as offering numerous ways to impart knowledge effectively.

What do we offer?
Our innovative training programme offers these digital and interactive training formats to help businesses and employees tackle the challenges of digital transformation together. Our free e-learning programme primarily supports small and medium-sized enterprises in providing targeted, needs-based and self-directed further training, and contributes to continuous skills development through modular learning units within the organisations. The content is developed in collaboration with the companies and tailored to their specific requirements. The modules can be completed on-site as training sessions or flexibly as self-study units, regardless of location or time. Even compulsory training, such as certain aspects of health and safety, can be efficiently integrated into the day-to-day working routine in this way. The interactive and practical learning modules promote sustainable knowledge acquisition.

What are the benefits of e-learning for companies and employees?

  • Flexibility: Employees can learn at their own pace and at times that suit them best.
  • Cost-effectiveness: E-learning reduces travel costs and the planning and scheduling effort involved in face-to-face training for larger groups of employees.
  • Scalability: Training content can be easily updated and delivered to a large number of employees without any loss of quality.
  • Interactivity: Multimedia content and interactive elements, such as quizzes, feedback questions and gamification, make learning more engaging, effective and fun.
