Here's what you can expect:
The Long Night of Science is just around the corner, and we cordially invite you to participate in our exciting program. In a world that is constantly changing, it is essential for companies to pursue innovative approaches to continuing education for their employees. Our innovative e-learning training concept has established itself as a flexible and interactive teaching and learning method for imparting knowledge and developing skills.
What is e-learning?
E-learning refers to the use of electronic media and technologies to support the learning process. It enables flexible learning that can be tailored to the individual needs of learners, as well as numerous opportunities to effectively convey knowledge.
What do we offer?
Our innovative training concept offers these digital and interactive training formats to help companies and employees tackle the challenges of digital transformation together.
Our free e-learning program primarily supports small and medium-sized enterprises in providing targeted, needs-based, and self-directed continuing education, and contributes to continuous skills development through modular learning units within the companies. The content is developed in collaboration with the companies and tailored to their specific requirements. The modules can be completed on-site as training sessions or flexibly as self-study units, independent of time and location. Even mandatory training, such as certain aspects of occupational safety, can be efficiently integrated into the daily work routine in this way. The interactive and practical learning modules promote sustainable knowledge acquisition.
What are the benefits of e-learning for companies and employees?
Flexibility: Employees can learn at their own pace and at times that best suit them.
Cost-effectiveness: E-learning reduces travel costs and the planning and scheduling effort required for in-person training sessions for larger groups of employees.
Scalability: Training content can be easily updated and delivered to a large number of employees without any loss of quality.
Interactivity: Multimedia content and interactive elements—such as quizzes, feedback questions, and gamification—make learning more engaging, effective, and fun.
