People differ in the extent to which close relationships—such as those with friends, partners, or family members—are part of their self-image. While some tend to define themselves more by personal traits, others see their relationships as an important part of who they are. This interactive activity focuses precisely on this individual perspective. A short questionnaire is used to assess the extent to which close relationships are integrated into one’s self-concept (RISC). Participants answer a few questions and then receive concise feedback on their personal profile.
