Every body emits thermal radiation, which we make visible using an infrared camera. This helps answer questions such as: “Am I a ‘cold nose’ or a ‘warm nose’?” or “Where can a mouse hide from a snake?”
How can we restore our forests and prepare them for climate change? We’ll show how deadwood can help with reforestation. In doing so, we’ll give equal consideration to biodiversity and silviculture and test concepts for integrated forest management.
